The best business time saver app ever!

This app has saved me loads of time and money on administration. I run a number of karate clubs in the UK - now when new students want to order suits or training gear, I can quickly and easily check what I have in stock and take the order right there in my class. No more trying to find bits of paper and trying to remember if they have paid for their equipment or not.

This app takes the hassle out of paperwork and manual reconciliation between paper invoices and disparate spreadsheets

If you're a small business this app will make your life so much easier - and it's one of the few out there that supports multiple currencies (including £). I've worked with desktop based accounting systems that are much more complex to use and much, much more expensive. This app is really simple to use and your data can be backed up o iTunes or Dropbox.

What would make this app perfect would be cross device compatible - so that other users could check inventory using their iPhone. I plan to work with more instructors who will need this collaboration, so I hope the developers consider adding this functionality. The FAQ on their website suggests that this may be a coming soon feature.

Great Work Guys

I don't normally take the time to write reviews but this app deserves it.
As a small business this app ticks nearly every box for me. Easy to set up inventory, easy to set up multiple categories that cross reference each other, it has the ability to add images to invoices....... And I keep finding more benefits all the time!

A couple of small additions would earn it 5 stars from me -
The ability to add a "Pay Now" button from Pay Pal directly on to invoices would be great
Also the ability to quickly add duplicate items running different codes ( i.e. item x available in red, green, blue, black) without having to re-enter item name and discription every time would make setting up the inventory so much quicker.

Of course, if I find I can do these things I may need to up the rating.........

UPDATE -

Having had this app for a while I'm upgrading my previous 4stars.
I found I could indeed add a Paypal button to invoices and can also make duplicates of items for speedier entry of inventory items.

One thing that could be useful is a way of assigning a set email for each company if you have more than one running on the app. Once again, maybe it's there, I've just yet to find it.

Excellent App

What a fantastic App! This update addresses the few things that needed improving, very highly recommended.. I find it excellent to help run my small business, the invoices it produces makes it very professional looking.. Something for the developers to consider for the next update.. Please include some kind of stock control, so when adding more stock to an item already on the system, that it keeps records of the qty and date more stock added, so for instance if I have 5 items in stock and I add another 3 that each item keeps a record of these adjustments rather then just changing the qty in stock.
