Phenomenal

This is a phenomenal app.

I had an initial conversation with Julian where we discussed the possible causes of a massive tinnitus spike I was experiencing.

After the call I was recommend to do two exercises from the program and to experiment with craniosacral therapy.

Fast forward 2 months, I’m able to read books in complete silence. If you are like me and experienced big tinnitus spikes, you can understand what being comfortable in silence means.

Useful app for me

Really helpful, lots of useful information and has answered a lot of my questions. There are some good relaxation exercises and lots if reassurance for when I needed it.
