Max makes the impossible happen......easily !
I was a heavy smoker for 25 years. Another even heavier smoker recommended Max to me after he had successfully quit on the back of techniques Max had implemented. I was a fairly sceptical before meeting Max but thought there was nothing to lose as all other attempts at quitting had failed. These ranged from Nicorette Patches, to Vapes, Juuls, failed bets and even Pills. None of them had been successful and the brief periods I did give up smoking I doubled down on Cigars ! After a 4 hour session with Max, I walked out that door in Beauchamp Place and have never looked back. I am a 129 days no smoking and that includes Cigarettes, Vapes and Cigars. I have found it unbelievably easy. Max is engaging, funny, insightful and basically just delivers. I went back to see him 2 months late for my Insomnia which I thought was incurable having been on Zopiclone every day for five years. Whilst it is less binary then smoking and does take a bit more time for the techniques to kick in, since the New Year I have stopped all sleeping pills and I am soundly sleeping through the night. It now takes me less than 5 minutes to go to sleep. I cannot recommend him highly enough and actually have done so to severL friends. Max is a great way to start the New Year. Good Luck ! Victor.
Still can’t believe it

I was a heavy smoker for 52 years, tried everything to give up, got so bad I was sleeping sitting upright to ease with cough I had constantly when lying down, I am know on my 52nd day smoke free, 1500+ cigarettes not smoked and £360+money saved.(no cough & sleeping normally now).
I have been down pub for a few sessions out for meals,all the places where you want a cigarette passed with not a twitch, by doing Max’s tips.
I know I am far from being a non smoker at present but I feel I am 99% closer with Max’s help. You need plenty of willpower but with Max as well I think it’s a definite. If you genuinely want to give up do the one time with Max. He is definitely worth it
I don’t usually review but……
I have to write a review for this app. I’ve been a heavy smoker for 22 years, I’ve tried patches and failed, lozenges and failed even vaping and still always gone back to cigarettes. In all the years of being a smoker despite attempts to quit I’ve always tried a replacement therapy and NEVER gone nicotine free. I downloaded this app a fortnight ago and began reading and listening to some of the elements and chose a random mid week quit date and followed the instructions to the letter.
I am now FOUR days completely smoke and nicotine free! Four days!!! I’ve never ever gotten this far!!
I know it’s early stages but I have to say I’ve never felt this confident about it before. Yes I get cravings, yes I get all the habitual triggers I expected to but YES this app and the advice does work. If you’re skeptical just do it, if you tried everything else just do it! For half the price of a packet of fags it is so worth a try!
