This health help app will allow you to battle your cravings by keeping records of each craving you've had and whether you smoked or not.
Consider it your health coach as it shows you various tips to quit smoking that may help when you feel like smoking even a single cigarette.
You can add goals and see the progress you've made in achieving that goal. You'll also receive achievement badges for hitting milestones like being smoke-free for a certain number of days.

Not worth the download
Was deleted within 5 minuets. First thing that got me was you cannot put in the age you started smoking from if you was under 18🙄 i mean WHO starts smoking as an adult majority of people start as children. After that some of the questions were just stupid so I deleted it 🤭 Already better apps out there ✌🏻
