For customers who have just bought a new Quotemehappy.com car policy it’s an easy way to upload your proof of no claims discount.

This is a major update of our app that significantly improves the user experience bringing all features of My Account into the app.
Now you can not only view information about your policies and access policy documents, and also make changes like cover level upgrades or change of vehicle.

The app crash is worse than my car.
Ok so the insurance company is fine. But this app is shocking. It doesn’t run well and when reporting an incident or using the live chat, can just drop off back to the log in screen. Meaning you have to re enter all the same info again. When going back into live chat you get a new person/computer to speak with and have to start from the beginning.
I’m all for an online service but this app needs work.
Not as bad as people make out
Downloaded the app to change my name after I got married and the app worked smoothly.
I changed my name no problem at all. No crashes and no lag. I was able to ready through my policy details fine as well.
I wouldn’t usually write app reviews, but since there are only negative reviews for this app, I thought it would be unfair not to write one, as the bad reviews put people off.
I assume that people who use the app fine just don’t bother to write a review, and people with bad experiences obviously want to make that known.
That is the only word I can think of for this app. It just doesn’t work. It crashes. It won’t do what it says on the tin. Surely a large company can get an app working correctly? Having just taken out car insurance with you this is not good in terms of first impressions. I have given the app 1 star as I didn’t have the option not to give any.
