For customers who have just bought a new Quotemehappy.com car policy it’s an easy way to upload your proof of no claims discount.

Version 2.0.0
This is a major update of our app that significantly improves the user experience bringing all features of My Account into the app.
Now you can not only view information about your policies and access policy documents, and also make changes like cover level upgrades or change of vehicle.
Customers with policies that are up for renewal will be able to review and change, if required, their renewal quote.

App is not working. Urgent contact required
If I don’t receive contact from you urgently I will be reporting to the police as I will view this as fraud. You advertise 24/7 email contact which isn’t the case. You’ve taken my money but your customer service seems to be non existent. I have emailed numerous times to report the problem with the App but have got no replies, and yes, of course I have checked my junk/spam folders, have you?? Please respond by close of business 27 March 2023 to prevent a fraud referral. I will check in on the review responses throughout the day so you can provide an alternative contact for me. So please do not ignore this request.
Not as bad as people make out
Downloaded the app to change my name after I got married and the app worked smoothly.
I changed my name no problem at all. No crashes and no lag. I was able to ready through my policy details fine as well.
I wouldn’t usually write app reviews, but since there are only negative reviews for this app, I thought it would be unfair not to write one, as the bad reviews put people off.
I assume that people who use the app fine just don’t bother to write a review, and people with bad experiences obviously want to make that known.
Great price cover, unusable app
This review is about the app - I’ve not had to claim on this insurance so no idea how well they treat you. But the app is unusable because although you can bring up your documents, you can’t read them even in iPhone8 screen. Can’t zoom in, can’t even rotate to zoom in that way. Can’t save to the phone to read better on any other PDF reader app. Can’t email them either. Also froze twice and back button doesn’t work from the document view. I’m this day and age accessibility for visually impaired is a big part of app design, but this app is unusable even with normal eyesight!
