Qwirkle 4+

PLEASE UPDATE SOFTWARE FOR THIS GAME! Not sure what has happened but I can no longer play Qwirkle. Love this game and have been playing with friends, across the globe, for years. Usually have 10 games going with different folks, but now, when a game finishes none of us can restart the game. The “rematch” button stopped working a couple of months back and we were still able to go through the online process and invite friends to play. Now that option no longer works and bit by bit all my games have been coming to an end and there’s nothing I can do to continue playing. Please fix this!

This is an excellent adaptation of a great game. Smooth graphics and lots of playing options.

Recently though the rematch option at the end of a game has stopped working - greyed out and it’s hit and miss whether you can replay people you’ve played before because invite friends doesn’t always show them.

So now it’s starting to be unplayable when you can’t keep playing with people you have been interacting with for years.

Really disappointed by the design and playing experience of this app. The basic interface is clunky and dated. I mean, Comic Sans, really? And highlighting player names with a color so dark that the score is illegible. The rematch function doesn’t seem to work for either local or online games. Most irritating of all is the tiresome and counterintuitive way you have to scroll through all of your online games, trying to find the status and where it’s your turn to play. Really love playing Qwirkle IRL, but deleted this app within a few days, as play was stilted and frustrating. Could do better.
