Rainy Mood 4+

I loved the website and decided to buy the app, they’re both amazing but I love the different rain sounds on the app! It really calms my anxiety listening to it and I feel so much calmer and more focused. I listen to it when doing work, as background noise or falling asleep, it works wonders with all. I especially love that it can go behind music and I find it so cool to listen to the Beatles or queen with it! One suggestion would be that you could manage the volume on the app so it could be quieter or louder than the music; like if I wanted the rain louder than the music I could manage that on the app instead of having to use the buttons on the side.

So easy to use, and there are so many different tweaks you can do to customise the sounds- birds, thunder, waves, waves, people and more can all be added and subtracted to the soundscape with a single touch of the apps slider.
The app takes up almost no space on your phone, and I have it running in the background when I write to aid concentration.
I expected I would use it a few times and then get bored with it- I'm quite fickle when it comes to apps and I like to try the shiny new things!
But this app has become a firm favourite and stuck around because it's so simple to use, and really well designed. I love it!

Love the background noise but what’s particularly awesome is being able to have the rain or surf as a background to your music. Just adds a whole new depth to experience.

Something about the background noise over the music adds a new richness and helps me enjoy the music even more. It’s also more soothing as it occupies the whole spectrum of sounds all in one go allowing my brain to focus on the task at hand.

The one thing it needs is a master level. It’s great to be able set the balance of different sounds but I would love to be able to set the overall volume separately.
