Great content
The content is wide and varied old classic matches and up to date interviews with players and staff.
The only real downside is you can only Screenshare/Airdrop audio onto a TV so it would be better if you could have the capability to show videos on smart TV.
Airplay doesn’t work properly
I’m a new subscriber to Rangers TV and I’ve tried to watch a handful of games now using AirPlay and it has never worked right. It stutters every minute or two. If you go on the Rangers TV website using Safari and use AirPlay from there it works fine so clearly it’s a problem with the app itself. If you’re gonna offer the AirPlay function then surely you should make sure it actually works first. If you want to just watch games on your phone screen then this app is probably fine but it’s pretty much useless if you want to watch games on your TV screen.
Great but still some work to do
Great to have access to rangers tv via app however could do with an easier way to group different types of content such as big interviews. Viewing in landscape on iPad doesn’t work until clicking on a video also.
