    I’ve tried most therapies, when my friend suggested rapid tapping I didn’t get it so left it for ages to try. 6 weeks in I am a changed person. I’ve let go of long term deep traumas I held on to, I’ve gained the strength and confidence to start a new job. When I’m knocked or feel low, I tap. Poppy thank you from this 50 year old woman, you have helped to heal me and build me back up, and given me the ability to reset myself in minutes (with the help of your app!).

    I’ve been using this app less than a week and I’ve already felt such a shift in my mood and energy (in fact I did from the first tap). I’ve done tapping in the past but I absolutely love how convenient and user friendly this app is, which for me is enabling my tapping practice to be more consistent. It’s now something I look forward to doing each morning, or any time I need a boost throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking to feel uplifted and revitalised! ✨

    OMG in just 5 mins I moved some big uncomfortable energy (resistance feeling blocked on a big work project feeling like I can’t do this)..Seconds after starting tapping between the brows I started crying! it was a such a release!! 5 mins later after moving through the process.. i was feeling like “Heck yeah of course I can flippin’ do this! I was born for this !! 🙌with a smile on my face breathing in and visualising my past achievements and how I can totally nail this as well “ 🥳 I was really surprised how the energy shifted so fast …I am SO excited about this app!! I’ve done all the mindset work ..but this a game changer as it’s working with the energy in the “body” when stuff comes up there and then …..helping all the low frequency energy to move and release ..instead of staying stuck in it …then generating high frequency energy/emotions and intentions to help me win my day …..wow …THANK YOU POPPY! ✨💃🎉❤️

    It feels like Poppy is your friend, on your phone, her tone of voice when you need certain pick-me-up comfort or motivation is perfect depending on the situation or requirement and the app design feels delectable and fresh. Also the actual tapping itself feels like it’s working in some instances and it’s a great thing to do when you first wake up for a little booster for the day - oftentimes I find myself thinking of the motivation I had from the morning tapping snippet later in the day when I am doing things like working or frantically socialising and wondering if I’m doing it right. Everyone should try this and stick to it because if you do the free trial and do it every day you’ll probably definitely buy it after.

    I am only a few days into using this app and absolutely love it and I use it particularly early doors sitting in the garden to lift the start of my day away from anxious. I tap away and feel myself literally sitting there smiling from deep within, like I have found my inner smile again-and if it goes behind the clouds I just start tapping as soon as life allows trusting that I can turn that around rapidly which is a huge lift mentally. The app is incredibly well laid out and user friendly and I love that there are very short taps that I can weave between work clients. I have already started recommending the app to patients and friends. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing resource. Game changer.

    Rapid Tapping App is brilliant.I listened to Poppy on the Happy Place Podcast, I had not heard of Tapping before. It has been a life changer, I feel calm more relaxed and am sleeping better. I have had a stressful few years and have been trying to change my mindset to worry less and not worry about what I can’t control and what has not even happened yet. The Tapping really helps. On the App you have live Taps daily, affirmations, relaxation, anxiety, sleep - you can set it to what you need help with. I use it everyday and if you don't have much time its rapid so 5 mins is enough ! Would really recommend, also this is the first time I have left a review for an App !
