Masternaut has launched a new iPhone/iPad version of its market-leading web-based vehicle tracking service. The ground-breaking Rapide app for iPhone and iPad brings the full functionality of the always-on fully-managed Masternaut service to managers on the move, allowing them full access to vital operational information whenever they are away from the office.
Making real-time and historic vehicle information instantly available to busy managers on an iPhone or iPad enables them to better manage the fleet, which in turn boosts productivity, increases efficiencies and improves customer service.
Rapide allows transport managers to monitor the exact movement of their entire fleet of vehicles with minute-by-minute updates tracked by global positioning satellites using an iPhone or iPad. Rapide also locates and monitors individual vehicles and enables access to current day movement history for each vehicle.
Rapide can also access additional related information, such as a contact database, and let users view today's job on the map.

Excelent app
Makes accessing account allot quicker. Easier to use and has a better user interface than mobile web version.
Password update
app functioned well until the password renewal point, renewed on the web-site then when I went to use the app it would not retain the new password. Tried logging out an then back in to reset the password, but the app still would not retain the new password. This then caused me to get my account locked on the main web-site. I have tried resetting my password on the website then retrying the app, after the first log in the app uses the old password causing the 3 fails and then lock out of account! Please bring out and update to correct this!

Ignore bad reviews, of course you need a password! You're accessing sensitive tracking info, wouldn't want anybody looking at your vehicles! Great tool to add to Masternauts tracking service. Even better cause it's free.
