Great time saver
Nice to no longer spend ages searching my emails for my important documents (car insurance, customer numbers for my bills etc) every time I need them, instead can have them all in one place, organised and easy to find.
Feels much more secure than keeping them on your phone, where anyone could see them on the files app (just remember to delete them off your phone after you’ve added them to the vault!)
Not your average file manager
For someone who has filing cabinets full of documents, this app is a godsend. Not only can I organise everything simply in one location, but I can also set renewal reminders. As well as this, once you’ve scanned your documents in, it’s super quick and easy to retrieve policy details and other important information.
Helps me to get organised
Every year when it's time to renew policies and insurances, I leave it all to the last minute. But now, using this app, I can set advanced reminders directly on my phone so that I don't forget. I love the fact it shows me my outgoings in different categories, which encourages me to look for better deals when renewing.
