Garbage

Doesn’t recognise the light strip control box despite being in pairing mode and bang next to the thing. Very poor for the cost of the lights to have an entire feature locked behind an app that doesn’t work. I have lots of Razer products and I notice the support is getting poor. Synapse is a massive memory hog for what it is. Disappointing given they are “premium”.

Works as advertised

I've a PS5 and Kaira Pro headset. Razer should make it clear that the app won't connect while the headset is connected to the PS5 wirelessly. Summary; pair headset to iPhone via Bluetooth, then run the app. Works flawlessly for me.

Can’t turn on light on my kitty headphones

The app shows my headphones but when I click on the box nothing happens. I can’t open the settings for my headphones to turn the lights on. It’s very annoying. So they are now off and I can’t turn the lights on.
