Device verification failed

Not able to send the message to verify the device. The screen is stuck with the keyboard and not able to tap on the send button.

Bug Complaint: Bajaj RBL Credit Card App

The Bajaj RBL Credit Card app is a handy tool for managing my credit card account, offering great features and convenience. However, there's a minor bug that needs attention: I was unable to send a verification message due to a screen freeze with the keyboard, making it impossible to tap the send button. It's a small hiccup, but it can be frustrating. I kindly request the development team to fix this issue for a smoother user experience. Overall, I'm satisfied with the app's functionality, and I hope this bug can be swiftly addressed.

Latest update has ruined it!

The latest update doesn't allow VPN and a whole lot of other things to sign into the app. I am abroad and now I can't sign in because they need me sent an international message for which I have to buy a roaming plan. I am using from other banks such as HDFC, SIB and SBI without any issues. I love that you are taking security measures but just keep it real. At least give the consumer to opt out if they want to. If I can't use it there is no point in keeping it and I will have to cancel my card.🤷🏻
