Love the app, really easy to use!

I can’t comment as a buyer, but if you intend to sell anything, I would not recommend this app for several reasons. Firstly, any promotional offer that a buyer uses on your items is deducted from the revenue you will receive from the sale. The final amount isn’t revealed to you until AFTER you have accepted the offer. So the email may say you will earn £100, but then once you’ve accepted, it will actually only be £80 due to the buyer having used a 20% offer. The seller fees are extremely high, higher than any other competitor app, and the customer service is very rude while also taking a very long time to respond. You’re only able to upload five photos, which limits the ability to highlight important details. The app in general has low traffic so things take a while to sell. Another issue is they only transact in euros, but will quote your revenue in GBP. This creates issues as whenever they complete a final conversion, it’s always lower than the real FX rate. Because of these issues that sellers face, whenever I browse the items available, they’re priced higher than they would be on any other platform because sellers have to account for the unknown final revenue they’ll receive upon completion of a sale. This platform is awful.

The platform is similar with other websites where people can buy or sell authentic items, but it is impetuous necessary to be improved. I don't like the fact there is a limit of uploading maximum 5 photos; instead you should allow the sellers to show as many photos they want for their items. Another annoying feature is that we have to choose the brand name after we have already completed few steps of describing the item, hence this must be the first step. If the brand name is not listed on your page, at least I don't bother to write and upload photos for nothing.
