Club Avolta 17+

Every time I use this membership I got the discount and it shows that I used the membership but in the app it never shows my purchase. I try to ask this points as missing purchase in the app, also it’s been a month since I asked (three times already) and still nothing I should be already good but nothing with who should I ask to who should I send and email to get this points ?

For an app thats focused on shopping this is absolutely poor. Constantly asks for location services even after enabling it. Does not let you choose the correct terminal, just automatically picks the closest duty free shop based on location. If you try and change it you have to select and click multiple times and if you are lucky it might just do what you want. Worst of all when browsing the shopping, a cookie message pops up regardless of you accepting it. Its not designed for mobile interface at all as you have to scroll down for an eternity to find the accept button. But when you click on a new item to browse the cookie message pops up and you have to do the whole thing again. It only works ocassionally!

As others have said, it’s plagued with glitches. Not just a few, loads of them. It’s almost like a game of frustration trying to search for items, add them to your basket and check out. There are problems at each and every step. Constant cookie pop ups despite accepting, items not added to basket, discount not applied. Perhaps the purpose of this app is not to actually shopping, but to make us reflect on our capitalist society and reduce our consumption? That’s the only conclusion one could make based on how this app currently works. Oh, and for those of you who think’I’ll just go to the website and buy there instead “…DON’T! Somehow, they’ve made that even worse.
