RJ Menu nefunguje
V aplikaci se nedá zobrazit nabídka občerstvení s tím, že žádný z mých lístků nemá občerstvení dostupné.
Horrible, just horrible
Whilst second class seating and staff were great, this app is just awful.
You are forced to use it to order food and drinks (they could have just used a webapp). When I ordered the payment went trough, I got the email confirmation and it showed in my banking app. Regiojet, however, couldn’t manage to confirm the payment in the app. I was going round in circles to make the payment work and nothing happened. Luckily train staff was there to help me out. Sorry that they have to put up with such a dysfunctional
app.
Train delays
Last time I bought a RJ train ticket, I waited almost an hour train never came and it was only shoving less than 15 minutes delay so cancellation is not possible.
Today again, I’m sitting at the train station in Prague, RJ train is shown as 25 minutes delayed on the boards they have here, but the RJ app shoving less than 15 minutes delay, cancellation is not possible.
