Remit Choice 4+

It is of great help with Remit Choice in terms of fast and smooth transaction upon sending money abroad. Recently I got a problem with regards to compliance on hold on my transaction and there customer service was of great help and support. Specifically Ehtisham one of the agent were able to resolve the problem and he was very responsive to the issue. He was able to assist me in this matter with a lot of assistance and support and that I’m very thankful.

I’m quite shocked how long it takes for payments to go through, note my payment was £20 I understand big amounts may need to be checked just due to the digital age of fraud we live in. The dodgy thing was everytime I contacted customer service the status of my payment would change , it took over 24 hours just for £20 to go through and my 2nd customer service person was amazing and super helpful and chased and got the payment from processing - paid . Thank you Ehtisham your service is appreciated.

It just worries me going forward do I always have to chase for my payment to go through, I think I’ll only use this app compared to tap tap and world remit if I’m truly desperate
