This has been my ninth attempt to send money. For some reason the app for iPad didn’t complete the third stage of the transaction four time. Try by internet laptop twice but yet again didn’t complete. Try the iPhone app and had to delete twice and upload twice to be able to complete. Once I try to register again and told me i had an account but there is no way to go back to the start welcome page unless I delete the app and install it again. In resume, the phone app is not logical and if there are problems with completing step three then there should be an automatic response to tell the client to try again later because there is a problem etc. Your service is very important to us venezuelan that need to send money to our families specially when they are ill or need to pay important bills. You are doing a very good service as long as you perfect the app for any device . Thank you
