Iv been doing this procedure on and off for a year and I love how it gets you to find a bit of stillness for a few minutes to focus on what you think the image is .
I draw a lot of weird doodles to interpret what I see . Then when you have to decide which image fits closest to what you saw , you set the slider to how confident you are with the decision .
I’m getting quite good at getting them right lately and not so much guessing which one will be the correct image , but almost knowing ! By really trusting what I see in my minds eye.
It brings out the intuitive side to you .

Fascinating exercise to develop your natural secret skill!
I have found this such an intriguing exercise/journey discovering and tapping more into what I’m picking up on on another level. This is a good way to develop more intuitive trust in yourself....to learn to trust those random thoughts/impulses that pass you by...so little do we know...yet so much do we receive! Let’s play with this to guide and navigate the world we live in!

It gets u to use the right side of your brain ,we can all do it and I'm hoping to get even better at it ,to be honest I don't quiet the mind enough and jump in too soon with my version of the target .
I will endeavour to take my time and be slower to get through it with maybe even more accuracy.
