SCAM
Many properties you turn up to do not have lockboxes preventing you viewing them and watering your time and fuel. On the 2nd day of using this service our account was put on hold for security reasons. When speaking with Rently team they said they can’t give a reason why and that it happens to lots of people and they can’t manually over ride it. They now have copies of our ID and also have not yet issued a refund therefore making interest on customers subscriptions.
Cannot explain what they do with my personal information and ID and will not pass you to a senior person to deal with the issue.
Feels like a fraudulent service that takes peoples ID and money to only block them for the account.
