Rentro is your smart rental property management app that will track important events without requiring much effort on your part. Just sit back, collect rent and let Rentro do the work. We’ll keep your records safe and secure on the Rentro cloud and you can easily download them when needed.

-generate rental invoices and send to tenants using customizable templates
-balance books by logging invoices and payments
-track expense and income and generate reports for accounting purposes
-create mileage logs for tax deduction
-track tenant service requests from start to completion
-generate reports and charts to survey the health of your rentals
-store contact info, notes, documents, and photos of tenants and contractors

Rentro is free to use for managing a single rental unit. A subscription is required to manage additional units.
