Brilliant app

Good app for beginners. Would be a 5 star if it connected to apple health

Great app, but one key thing missing

So far so good. I downloaded this app, and purchased the one off lifetime premium membership, to go alongside my main workout tracking app. My main app doesn’t have any workouts with resistance bands, so I needed something to fill in the gaps.
The only challenge is that it doesn’t integrate with Apple Fitness. My main app is able to submit workouts to Apple Fitness along with the estimated burned calories and exercise time. This app doesn’t do that at the moment.
It’s great for quick body-only and resistance band workouts to sprinkle in to compliment my main workouts. But I would love some level of Apple Fitness integration.

Could use more exercises!

I use this for it’s simplicity (and the lifetime purchase) but I am having to substitute certain exercises for others that are not available. Cobra stretch for ab roller, barbell curls for dumbbell. Add more exercises and a feature for the strength of the bands and the weights being used.

It’s a good app, it can be better!
