Not working Rubbish App

I chose a photo to resize in my phone the app would not load it up to resize it and app would not open I am using an IPhone 6 Plus. I deleted this App it’s no good. Don’t Download it.

Only works on local files?

Just tried downloading this. I want to resize photos on OneDrive, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to open any folder except Camera Roll.
