It’s a good app but it doesn’t allow the user to change email address. The one on file is no longer active.
Cannot use card. You will lose 160 miles
Please do not download this application. The reward card is impossible to use as the CVV is not visible in the app or anywhere. Without it, you cannot use the card.
I contacted support and they said they will look into it in 2-3 days. It’s been four days and I lost my rewards balance as the card auto unloaded on 48 hours.
Like me, all you will get from this application is 160 lost miles, which Is the loading fee from Etihad! Never see such a worst application!
