download Again and Again BUT CANNOT join the membership!
I tried again and again and I re-download so many times. But I CANNOT join the membership every time! I am pretty sure that my phone’s internet works well both in data and in WiFi but the app keeps telling me “Darn technology. Check the connection and try again”. I promise I tried a lot of times but it doesn’t work!
Doesn’t support iPhone X bigger screen
I downloaded the app wanting to become a rewards member but as soon as I opened the app I realised it doesn’t support the iPhone X’s bigger screen. Considering this phone is almost two years old I thought that was quite shocking. I emailed their support team and they said they’d look into it and basically said I was a liar and it does work. I also mentioned all the bad reviews and for such a high class shop I’m shocked to see they deliver such a sup-par app experience which is really bad if you don’t have a HN near you and choose to shop online. It’s safe to say my money is going to Selfridges or John Lewis & Partners from now on.
While it’s great to be able to collect points via the app, it crashes all the time - logs me out, then won’t let me log back in. I’ll have a reward sitting there and it says I don’t have any, then after closing and reopening many times it sometimes appears again.
Layout is good, just need to sort out the functionality of it
