Unfortunately implemented by our work and find the system awful. You can’t use safari on iPhone to use Ricoh, the app is a shambles and the general UI is behind the times. Wish we didn’t have to use this.

Very Easy & Intuitive

The desk booking feature makes it easy to reserve a workspace at any of my company’s offices. I just picked a date, a location and a desk and it was all done in a few taps. I could see that some desks couldn’t be reserved because my company has enforced some distancing rules as a result of COVID and needs to limit the number of people in an office at any one time. I could even bring up a map to see exactly where on the floor plan the space I’d reserved was. Ideal if you occasionally need to go to an office whose layout you’re not familiar with.

QR code scan does not work

Can’t check in to my desk as the scan does not work and there’s no other way to check-in making me loose my desk for the day.
