Will not update

Disappointing. I’ve been playing this game for a year now and am absolutely addicted to it. An update to the game has been done and now I can’t open it. Trying to open the game which prompts me to update in the App Store but when I click the link it only provides me with the option to “open” not update, so when I click this link it takes me back to the game which prompts me to update!!!! I would have otherwise given this game 5 stars.

If you cannot update the App, please try to delete it first, and then redownload the newest one in Appstore. Then problem should be fixed. If there is still any problem, please send more details via ingame Support Center or write to us at servicerok@onemt.com. We will handle it once we get it. There is no balance in play anymore

I used to absolutely love playing this game, first started years back. I was extremely addicted but I did not pay to play.

You will 100% encounter players who pay to upgrade faster than you, and then in essence have control of the whole environment and what you are exposed to. A group of these type of players in a kingdom absolutely can ruin it, kill it off before it’s even started.

This is why I left the game, you spend a lot of time and effort and in the end it can be wiped out, or the environment you play in does not become fun.

Now I just returned to the game, and unfortunately the amount of players who pay has increased ten fold. I remember when I first played it took a kingdom a good few weeks to a month to get some decent growth TOGETHER (which gives you plenty of time to enjoy the experience!) - now within a few days of a Kingdom opening, alliances are already exceeding 20M power! For non payers which would be the majority, then you are already weeks behind.

This game needs some balance brought back into it. Players are emotionally tied to long term investment of time, make it enjoyable again! Nothing against paying to play, but it outstrips the time a kingdom can actually develop together, which is actually one of the best things of the game.

If this is fixed, then definitely can be 5*

Lost my account

I have played this game for 3 years. When I was updated the game as it was requesting the update did not complete. When I was trying to open the game, it asked me to update in the App Store then it would not let me open the game. Reading the comments that have been written by other players in the update it stated by yourselves “please try delete the app, then re download the newest one in the AppStore”. After doing this the game took me back to the beginning of the game and all my data was lost

I contact you by email for support then I was told to contact you within the game by the support in settings. Now I am being told to contact you by the App Store. Can someone please reinstate my account on the game please??
