Good content but still needs work.

The app has a good amount of content on a wide range of crags all over the world. Although I’m finding more and more that some crags/routes/problems have little to no clear description and no images. Just names and grades with no reference. I understand this is likely down to the crag developers lazily adding problems just to inflate their tick count.

My biggest problem with the app is that it closes every time I lock my phone, minimise or swap app. This this is very infuriating as searching for the crag/bloc/problem can be difficult due to some topos not being ordered in a logical manner.

For this reason, I use the app less and less. Paper guide books have far better information and don’t need to reload every time you close them.

Hi and thank you for your feedback! 🙏 Free topos are often lacking information, whereas Premium topos are complete and the quality of them is monitored. As different Premium topos are made by different climbers, the topos are naturally unique. When it comes to the issue of the app returning to the home view, we're working on it! We understand that it's a really annoying issue and we're doing our best to get it solved ASAP. Big apologies until that!

A good start, could be great.

Generally a very good app with a lot of potential. There are some slight bugs and some annoying functionality, but these are getting better with time and the developers are really responsive. The ability to use the GPS of your phone to find trails and individual boulders is great, and the premium topos in collaboration with local developers offer a lot of information that you can’t find anywhere else, at very reasonable price per month in comparison to buying traditional guidebooks.

We used it extensively on a trip to Alcaniz in Spain, and it was great.

Best Crag Map App so far

Currently I’ve found it to be the most intuitive to use as a climber and for adding content online. Shame it isn’t as populated at the moment, hope it becomes more popular soon. The tech team are really helpful and quick to respond -Hanna was my support.
It’s sometimes annoying about internet connectivity and not being able to download climbs, but using it to prepare climbing trips is good and a little well designed log of your climbs is great.

Hi Nik and we're really glad to hear you like our app! The amount of content varies between countries, but we're happy to say that majority of the most popular crags in Europe are already covered. 💪 Also the amount of topos is growing rapidly and more content is added weekly by the vast community of climbers!

With Premium you can also download crags to offline use. So you're able to view and use topos even when in areas without connection! :)
