Needs more flexibility

This is a great way to book and cancel classes, however, some improvements are necessary. First, if you are on a wait list for a class and a space becomes available, you have no idea that there is a space that you can “claim”. As I work all day, I cannot constantly keep checking to see if space is available! A notification of sorts should be provided so people are aware.
Secondly, I have changed my phone, had to download the app again, forgot my pin and now can’t get in to reset as my account is linked to an email address I no longer use. Should be able to access my account from main menu to reset using security questions to identify me as the user. But instead, I’ve had to contact the club and wait for a response for which I don’t know how long it will take.

Worst app ever

Let’s start with a positive, the app allows you to book you class a week in advance and is easy to use. The negative, if the class is over subscribed, as most classes are in January, you get added to a “wait list” this list only ever increases and doesn’t take into account anyone that may have to cancel their “booked” session for what ever reason. The App should have the wait list as a queue and NOT as free for all, this will allow a fair first come first served method, ultimately if you are on the wait list you can cancel being on that list if you don’t wish to attend. The app should be able to “Push” notifications to make you aware that you have been added to the attending list automatically. Long and short there hasn’t been any further consultations with members on how they find the app. All members that I speak to that attend classes have the same opinion. Please rectify this ROKO.

Thank you for your feedback.
The Roko App currently has a development plan that includes being able to directly book through the waiting list email alert and to introduce a waiting list push notification alert that you would also be able to book directly through when there is class availability for the website. We do not have a date for this development but it is in the pipeline.
Please be aware that when members cancel from the waiting list they are also removed from the waiting list and that it is not possible for us to change the waiting list to a booked first served first basis but please be assured that everyone on the waiting list does have an equal opportunity to book should a space become available and that we have the book through email or push notification alert functionality in development.
We are really pleased that so many members are utilising the convenient way to book and cancel classes, stay in touch with the club and manage bookings and we thank you for your feedback.

Gym Fit doesn’t work

Able to book classes with no problem but all fields are totally blank fir any of the Gym Fit sessions.
