Useful companion
Easy to use and did immediately have Wi-Fi issues but if you delete the app disconnect the robot and then reconnect to the Wi-Fi it fixes the robot issue
Works Brilliantly
Ebo had a few issues at the beginning from not going back to base and charging to being non responsive when using app. Contacted the company and sent ebo back as requested for a replacement. Received a new one and it Works brilliantly now. Everything works with the app. I must add the support and customer service has been brilliant 10/10. Ebo moves around very smooth and all functions on the app syncs with ebo with no issues whatsoever. Very happy and a very happy cat.
Awesome and different
We’ve been following the development of Ebo since the start and signed up for the a Kickstarter as soon as it was available. The Enabot team delivered before Christmas as promised and before our kickstarter pledge was even paid out.
The app and robot are of great quality. Controls can take some getting used to but once you get the knack, it’s easy to use.
We had a little hiccup connecting to the WiFi but worked through this with help from the Enabot team.
Well worth it and the cat loves to play, chase and generally terrorise her new robo-pal!
