So pleased Rolando’s back :)

Ten years ago, Rolando and Rolando 2 were probably two of the best games on the original iPad. I was gutted when they left the AppStore. It was like these games were made for this new touch screen device. Whilst most games felt like inferior copies of console or pc games, Rolando brought a new gaming experience - a tactile, tilting, swiping game. It was like the iPad was designed to play this game. So I am so pleased Rolando is back, and just as charming and fun as the original. Please, please, please developers, reissue Rolando 2: Quest for the Golden Orchid. I loved that game and its supercool soundtrack.

Return of the (sleepy, rolling around) King!

Delighted to have this back on my iPhone! Beyond the nostalgic appeal, this is an immensely enjoyable and lovingly crafted game. The tilt-screen gameplay and puzzles are well balanced (not too difficult to complete but a challenge to get all the awards), the Mr Scruff soundtrack is timeless and a joy to play to - all this combined with the re-mastered visuals! Glad to have it back on my phone after all these years!

What a gorgeous world to hang out in 🥰 This is what the App Store has been missing. Not only is it gorgeous to look at and I’d happily listen to the music on its own, but it’s also super FUN. Such a refreshing change to have a solid, premium game within no ads or constant pay-to-open chests. Well worth every penny - more games like this please!!
