Good for repeat prescriptions but needs Face ID to log in. It would save you having to remember passwords etc b

I’ve tried several times to book a telephone appointment to no avail. Every time I fill in information for the appointment it rejects my efforts. It’s actually easier to ring the surgery - despite waiting 25 minutes to get through it’s actually easier which doesn’t say much for the app’s efficiency! It’s only ok for repeat prescriptions and accessing health records. I’d give it 0 stars for appointments ( this may be due to my doctors surgery) but good for prescription Found it a frustrating waste of time.

This app always says checking details with a circling blue line. It never lets me get past this part. I gave the developer this feedback and was told my phone was too old. My mobile phone was bought brand new in July 2020. I was then told to clear the cache on my mobile phone. I clear the cache daily now. I still cannot get past the blue circling line. I do not recommend people download this app. It is a nightmare.
