App on my phone keeps on crashing
App on my phone crashes the moment it opens but there isn’t any update available. Please help
Problems
So happy route one finally made an app! It’s easier and quicker than a browser. However just the same as their website, filtered searching is faulty, it’s fine when you search for specific brands but when you try and filter for sizes it doesn’t and it’s really annoying. It’s a simple thing but really needs to be sorted!
Just use the website
On the surface, the app is super slick, seems to work well. But after a few minutes of use you see quite a few features a broken: your rewards/points are always 0/incorrect value, search function is terrible, trying to filter for things is too difficult/fiddly or sometimes just not possible.
In short, just use their website.
