Place bookings hours, days or weeks in advance. Whenever it's convenient for you.
If necessary, cancel your booking at any time. It takes seconds to place a new booking directly from the handy favourites list.
Having integrated SMS booking, we've now launched this intelligent iPhone App so you can book a taxi within 3 screen taps.

It's so easy and quick to use. Download the App and register just once. Our intelligent software will suggest your favourite Pick Up locations, and you're ready to book your a car.
When you make a bookings, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is 2 minutes away, giving you additional details such as registration number, make, model and vehicle colour.

Why is the app still available?
The app hasn’t been available to book cabs for some weeks now. Wouldn’t it be fairer to customers to either let them know that this is a temporary problem that will be fixed, or remove it from the app store?
Horrendous
Several times I’ve rang up on the phone to ask to pay with my card over the phone. The guy on the other side of the phone who sounds about 12 and about as sharp as a butter knife always assured me he’s taken my card details and payment. So many times I’ve got to my destination and the driver has asked for a second payment treating me as if I’m trying to pull a fast one, take a closer look at home at your incompetent data entry/phone staff. So I then had to ring up AGAIN to pay a second time on my card!! Even though the guy assured me he had already taken my payment. The driver said he had no knowledge of it. Dodgy fraudulent people shouldn’t even be allowed to run a business, childish incompetent staff taking honest people for a ride. Shouldn’t be allowed to run a legit business
Takes random payments from your account
Don’t register a card on the app as it takes random payments out of your account. I’ve used the card system without a problem for about 6 months but have now experienced same problem as a few other people - just had 4 random payments taken out all on the same day when not had a taxi in over 3 weeks.
I’ve not had a problem with getting a taxi or the drivers so don’t mind using them but only paying cash from now on.
