Absolutely superb app

RunGap is the best activity manager on any platform, if you need to export or import sports data almost anywhere this app is the best way to do it. Added to that, it has some great filtering and editing features, so you can tidy your data before sharing or exporting it. I import all my activities from Zwift and my devices (phone, Garmin, Wahoo) to RunGap, then send them to whichever training log I’m currently using (STmobi, Strava, TrainingPeaks, etc). Moving data between websites is easy too, and its better than using the export facility on most websites - because they often use files with incomplete data such as gpx or tcx or they don’t include data such as notes and titles in their fit files, whereas RunGap collects pretty much everything available.

Must have tool for all activities

I’ve been using RunGap a couple of months now and I wouldn’t know what to do without it. It stores all my activities from walking and running to swimming. Having everything in one place is fantastic and it gives me more details then the Apple workout app provides, such as cadence and elevation. I also love the maps, they look more like an ordinance survey map so show trails etc. To top it off it’s really easy to accurately export activities to other apps like Strava which allows me to continue using Apples built in workout.

Great App for run & sync 👍

I use the app to sync the Apple Watch Running app to my Polar Flow account & my Strava account.
As long time user of Polar Flow when I was given an Apple Watch I was disappointed that the Polar Flow app didn’t track anything unless I wore a chest strap, which kind of defeats the use of the heart monitor in the watch. So it was either ditch polar flow (with all my running data) & use Nike + ☹️. Then I found Run Gap 😊👍 which not only allows me to continue using my Polar Flow account, but also syncs with my new Strava account. Win win 😊😎Great app easy to use and lots of sync options.
