At RPS we focus on 3 things:

Challenging, results-driven, effective Pilates classes.
Getting & keeping you motivated with leaderboards & easy to follow programs.
Building a strong community of people just like you.

Ruth has a strong background in dance & classical Pilates. RPS classes range anywhere from 5-60 minutes. They can include props like the magic circle, bands and weights but there are also lots of no equipment classes too! You can find anything from stretch and meditative classes to intense cardio burn sessions and everything in between.

RPS also has programs to follow:

The Weekly Schedule is updated every week. Each day there are either assigned classes, walking/jogging/free choice and rest days. The schedule is designed to give you results in just 150 minutes per week.

The Foundation Series is a great place to start if you are new to Pilates and will help you to succeed in all of our other classes. This 5 day long program is less than 15 minutes a day and will make you feel so much stronger, taller and more confident.

RPS classes are categorized by your energy level so you can pick the right class for you:

Relax: chill classes including stretching & meditative movement. Perfect for low energy days when you need to calm your mind & body.

Pulse: include a combination of both standing and mat work, use props to enhance the movement and add challenge. Prepare to feel the burn! The perfect balance of stretch & strength.

Shake: more standing work, jumping, heavier weights, heart pumping movement for those high energy days when you want to kick it into high gear.

New classes are consistently added so you always have a fresh and fun movement waiting for you.

You can even download classes so they are available to you offline! Curate your own favorites to a playlist or follow along our schedules. Chat with other members in the comments and enjoy being a part of our community with monthly virtual events!

Would definitely recommend

This app is great. The app always works beautifully for me and I’ve not had an issue. Different features such as adding workouts straight into your calendar, being able to search for classes based on length, props, body parts make it so easy and handy when you’re in a rush or want targeted practise. Ruth is a great teacher and there are classes for every mood. Also I’m never feeling self conscious in a class if my movements don’t necessarily look like what is being shown as there are so many modifications alongside the freedom to be messy and imperfect. I would definitely recommend to anyone whether they enjoy more dance based exercise, classic Pilates, attempting reformer Pilates moves at home or are looking for a more sensual practise.

Amazing and handy app!

Ruth is my inspiration and she’s my Pilates guru! Thanks to her, I really had a chance to start this journey! You can “bring” her wherever you go with the app, even if you don’t have props you can still get a great workout done!
