Sézane’s drops have become a fashion and cultural phenomenon in France. Every month, discover a new collection, and additional arrivals and restocks every Wednesday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. Delivery is fast and returns are free and super easy.

Pink Wednesday: On the first Wednesday of every month, we support international organizations involved with breast cancer research, treatment, and awareness. The Call of the 21st: On the 21st of every month, 10% of the day’s gross sales revenue and 100% of the net profits of sales from a dedicated solidarity piece are donated to our partner organizations all around the world.

I’m really glad I found this shop, the best jumpers I have bought and I receive compliments from everyone at work when I wear them! Lovely designs, excellent quality and very different from what you see in other shops! Definitely a fan of Sezane!!
New items
I love Sézane but I find the app frustrating in that when new items are added they just become jumbled and assimilated with the items that have already been released. This means you can easily miss something new unless you scroll through all items again. It would be good to have a sort feature where you can order by things such as newest and price etc.

Frustrating to use but has a lot of potential and small changes would make it great
The most recent issue is when adding a delivery address when trying to checkout. I try to input my address but only the keyboard for letters and numbers comes up, I cannot use commas to input my address manually and the auto fill to find my address does not work. I had to type out the address with commas on a separate page and copy and paste it into the form, then it tried to autofill my address again and wouldn’t let me save the address.
Items randomly disappear from my basket even before the timer ends. Or if the timer ends on one item it seems to take all items out of the basket, even ones just added.
The app randomly closes or signs me out of my account.
If it wasn’t for these issues the app would be very easy to use.
