When setting up Contracted Works, where an Organisation is unable to join Saible at this time, we’ve made things clearer when appointing a Proxy.

Fix: payments can be submitted when one or more contracted works have not been accepted yet.

Fix: Our biometric authentication provider has fixed an issue in which biometric authentication and enrolment could fail for users on certain devices.

Onboarding is now fully integrated with our Terms of Use in Docusign, and with our partner bank for payee verification purposes.

To help maintain the security of your accounts, our login process is now secured by Auth0! This means the login and sign-up pages look a bit different. Please contact support if you have any questions or concerns.

For those working on very large Projects, it is now possible to upload your Authorisation and Verification amounts by spreadsheet. Please contact Saible Support if you’d like to use this.

In preparation for the Override feature coming soon, we’ve changed how Project Owners set up their Payment Windows. We now start with the contractual Final Payment Date, and work back from that date.

To help you in months when you haven’t performed any work on a Project, you can now enter a value of £0 to confirm you are not due any payments.

We’ve changed how Password Reset emails are sent, to hopefully avoid them getting lost in your spam folder! And a few other small fixes too.

It’s now possible to group multiple Top-Level Contracted Works into a single Payment Window, to speed the process for the Project Owner when approving payments to a large number of Contractors. We’ve also made improvements to the Enrolment process, for anyone who finds that their phone email client doesn’t auto-load the Saible app for our links. Project and Contracted Works owners can now assign MANAGE and VIEW permissions to other users in their organisation.

An initial change management tool has been built into the app.

Payment Window: We now show you when your Payment has been Processed. Project Page: There is a new page to show you about the Project, and your Contracted Works within it. This update brings a number of further improvements to notifications and navigation, along with avoiding some duplicate entries in dropdowns.
