Love using inbox both for the in app functions like snooze and delay send but also the quickly and easily reference and store customer contact against the relevant records
Duplicates full mailbox
Really good concept and functionality but spoiled by the fact that it pulls-in my complete exchange mailbox, not just the mail relating to customers in the CRM.
I’m already managing my email using Outllook and I don’t need to duplicate that, so I was looking forward to managing all my important customer/prospect email separate to the rest of the ‘noise’.
No such luck. What a shame.
This app is so handy and very quick. It saves me time and keeps me up to date with all customer interaction whilst I’m on the go.
