I absolutely love the Santèfit app, having this app is so much better. Everything is all in one place without having to check different apps, google etc if I’m unsure of the workouts. The video exercises makes it easier to check form. The app is so easy to navigate around and I love that you can keep track of your progress week by week. There’s also sections to check nutritional information when out socialising which definitely helps me stay on track. Super proud of Kel for producing such a good little tool!

I have been training with Santé for a number of years and when she told me she was launching an app for client I thought it was amazing idea, a pocket pt without having to screen shot your plan, you can update reps and weight on each exercise and if your unsure what an exercise is you can go onto the library and an extensive list of videos are available to guide you through your plan, everything you need for a session is there along with recipe ideas and also a calorie guide for eating out, I couldn’t be without it now! Only been using the app for 2 weeks but I’m so impressed. It’s brilliant, the videos in particular are awesome and have helped me no end! Kelly is clear and concise within the videos. The nutrition guide is also fab and I love my monthly plan. I love being able to log my reps as I’m doing them in the gym or from home - it really helps with my accountability. The check in process is also great! Thanks Kelly - brilliant app!!

This app is amazing, I love the ability to track my performance to show my progression each week, being able to watch the videos and make sure my form is correct is also a lovely feature. The recipe and nutritional guides are handy tools making sure I’m making good choices when it comes to food and lastly it’s easy to use, a perfect pocket PT ❤️
