السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ I know moving forward in technology has its challenges but I can say this app has been the most difficult and challenging one to use. I have a new iPhone 14 max pro and biometrics was unable to scan my fingerprint. I had to use a iPhone xs max or older phone to complete the task of bio metric. It took me 4 hours and tested my patience. May Allāh forgive us and make it easy . اَمِين يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْن There is much improvement needed for the developers. أعلم أن المضي قدمًا في التكنولوجيا له تحدياته ولكن يمكنني القول أن هذا التطبيق كان الأكثر صعوبة وتحديًا. لدي جهاز iPhone 14 max pro جديد ولم تتمكن القياسات الحيوية من مسح بصمة إصبعي. اضطررت إلى استخدام هاتف iPhone xs max أو هاتف أقدم لإكمال مهمة القياس الحيوي. استغرق الأمر مني 4 ساعات واختبرت صبري. الله يغفر ويسهله. اَمِين يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْن هناك الكثير من التحسينات اللازمة للمطورين.

It’s goes without saying it’s a punishment it tests your patience beyond limits.

I wonder if the developers or anyone from the Saudi ministry have used this if they did they’d know how hard it makes life for an average person it is virtually impossible to scan your RIGHT THUMB it took me nearly 2 hours to scan the whole left hand it just won’t scan the right hand my right hand is actually hurting so much just writing this I’m feeling the pain it is sad to say the least that in an advanced world that we live in instead of making peoples life easier it’s completely the other way around I wish some one from the Religious ministry of Saudi reads this and realise what a load a rubbish they built

I took biometrics for three of my family members. It took more than 1 hour struggling with my mobile phone to capture fingerprints. I used iPhone 13 pro max device. I believe to capture fingerprints using this app would be impossible for various people. When the app feels perfection, it captures everything automatically. For fingerprints however a circle changes the colour among grey, sea-green and bright-green. When it comes to bright-green, holding the device and hand still will capture the fingerprint. Even after capturing all the fingerprints, the app recaptures all those fingerprints again which it feels, were imperfect in the first try.
