The app has many amazing features at your fingertips. Its easy to find the instrument you want to watch and trade. It has a very useful trend identifier via the autochartist provider. Their price alert is very timely. All company data, fundamentals, analyst recommendations and current news is a simple swipe away. Setting up trades and opening/closing positions is also very simple. The app has never crashed. My only issue (unless I havent figured out how), is that the charts dont seem to let you set up indicators (which you can do on Saxo’s desktop platform).

The new version is on one hand “cleaner and brighter” in look but spaces out elements needing more scrolling than the previous version. The placement of main menu items at the bottom of the page is an example.The loss of full indicators of stocks (9988 for Alibaba HKG for example) means more time selecting the listing and having to refer to the big bar at the bottom of the page, again more scrolling and less ease of use.It appears that the new version is built fo the phone format and ignores the use of the iPad and Mac (PC). Apart from the space wasting this can also be seen in that TraderGo on the iPad still does not recognize the magic keyboard when attached. Hence adding prices need to use the on screen keypad but cannot use the magic keyboard when attached. I suggest that you build a version that will work for iPad and improve customer sat. Please also bring back the additional info in the various stock listings (portfolio, orders etc.). I am a regular user of the Saxo platform having used it for trading but I find the app has features that are only available through the browser like corporate action elections and most reports.I like the fingerprint authentication to login although it would feel more secure with an additional password.One bug I noticed over a month ago and not yet fixed is the corporate action notifications don’t clear even when they have been read and actioned.

Been waiting for my bank account to be added for more than 3 days now, there is no way to contact real support, I have reopened the case twice now saying that my details were not added yet each time they return with the same “ Dear Client, Your bank account detail has been saved successfully. Please allow 24 hours for the same to reflect in online portal. Regards Saxo Bank”. They are useless at helping and it seems they will just be holding onto the money I deposited that I thought I could invest. Not to mention that I sent money from my bank account to try to add it as they advise, but there is no sign of that money being anywhere. I do not recommend them at all
