Amazing app
So easy to understand and even if there’s loud noises in the background it is still really good at listening to you. So many languages and if you don’t use it for talking to someone you can just learn how to speak that language and it is also really cool 😎 that you can adjust how fast the person speaks because especially if you can’t understand it , (but I can) you can slow it down to hear how the sounds are pronounced. One thing, there needs to be a translator for every language and you should put every single language on there, other than that it is fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.
Back in love with SayHi
My previous review expressed disappointment at the newer version update and I tried other translation apps as a result.
I’ve also kept with SayHi and am back in love with it. The team continue to update and improve the app which is certainly one (if not the!) fastest and most accurate translation tools I have used. Once the ‘Recently used’ or ‘Favourites’ list becomes available I will be VERY happy - this would put an end to scrolling through the alphabet between ‘F’ and ‘S’ for the two most commonly used languages for me. (My sausage fingers get heavy handed with scrolling and I occasionally end up on a language I don’t want...)
Well done, ‘SayHi’, and I’m impressed with the fast friendly response to ‘help’ questions.

The “go to” translation app ...
I have used this since it first came out, and it has been consistently the best app in its class. Not only is the translation good, if you reverse-translate you find how good the system is. It is this aspect that makes the app so useful and important. There are other online systems that can be used, but I find that language nuances are not always picked up, and the translation becomes transliteration which can render entire sentences to gobbledegook. That’s not to say that this does not flamingo every-so-often (a flamingo is like a c0ck-up, only much bigger), but it is less often than most.
