It's refreshing to use a betting app that actually care about its users. I've used a lot of betting apps and most feel like they just want you to deposit and lose as quickly as possible. SBK actually feels different. From the start you get presented with welcome offers. Everything is transparent regarding the odds, terms, promos etc. When I had a question about a bet, I jumped on live chat expecting a long wait but I was talking to a real person straight away who actually knew what they were doing. It’s rare to feel valued by a betting app, but SBK makes it obvious they care. Fast withdrawals, fair odds AND real support? I’m sticking with it.

I write this review as a warning to anyone considering getting this app. Firstly the odds aren’t amazing or anything special to draw you in. Secondly there aren’t half as many markets to bet on as there are from other betting apps such as Sky Bet, Coral or Bet MGM. And thirdly unlike those other competitors I just named SBK robbed me of my welcome bonus as soon as I logged in. Even though on the promotions page it says I had been opted in for this promotion. Already that is confusing and a contradiction. When I asked the live chat support what was going on they gave me the standard “we can make this decision without telling you why” so I immediately made the decision to close the account and write this review because if even one person can avoid the unfair robbery I was subjected to I will feel like I’ve done my good deed for the day. Ironic part is they would have made way more money had they just give me the welcome bonus as I would have stuck around to gamble more as I am a regular at this. So in closing. PLEASE. AVOID. There are so many betting apps which have better odds, better promotions and a juicier welcome bonus and to top it off the other apps will actually give you the bonus without cheating you unlike SBK. AVOID. Very amateur app.

Says on the app they show lots of different meetings in the UK greyhounds, but when you click watch live it often doesn’t respond and you miss the race when staking money on it, quick enough to take your deposits but when it comes to withdrawing they’re like bookmakers from the early 200’s, and don’t get me started on live chat…. you could wait all day to speak to someone, email option to contact is not much better, the only positive i’ve found is they offer great odds on Horse Racing, up there with your bigger brand Bookmakers. but overall wouldnt recommend

Welcome offers are pretty strong, boosted odds on major events like football and tennis make it feel like I'm getting more value here than anywhere else. Bet builder options are vast, cashout is quick, real-time odds, customer service team that actually reply quickly and show an intent to help... SBK does exactly what I want it to do, and I'm very happy with the overall experience. It's efficient and fast, making placing bets during or before a game feel smooth and easy. No unnecessart thrills, just a top sportsbook and criminally underrated. 5-stars!
