Create spreadsheets using the barcode scanner in your iPhone. Use this for inventory, cycle count, marketing event scanning, attendance, or other times where scanning to make a list is needed.
A great option for bring your own device (BYOD) barcode scanning and/or inventory.
Email CSV or MS Excel XML formats from your phone, iPad, or iPod.

Use templates to customize column names for each spreadsheet column.
Records GPS coordinates of each scan.
Separates the barcode into different columns using the Parse / Delimiter feature. For example, create a barcode with information separated by a comma. When scanned, the information will go do different columns; like First Name, Last Name and Email.
The date and time is recorded for each scan.
Use our new validation feature to catch duplicate scan, limit scans to only values in a lookup table, or fill the spreadsheet with information from the lookup table when a matching scan is found.

I use the app for logging runner's times in long distance running. I record a start row, then scan each runner in when they cross the finish line and I have an instant time tally sheet.
We use Scan to Spreadsheet to log when students turn in homework assignments. Now we can quickly see who has not turned in and head off any problems that could affect their grades.

This is getting there
I was looking for an app to be able to build inventories fast of gear i brought for my work.
I need a versatile way to do this. This app will probably do this well, i could do with ability to make more collumns and an ipad one that maximises the screen. Then i think it could be a great app for someone who is fine to export and import basic excell stuff.. Look foward to future updates.
Not good value
If I could have had a trial I wouldn’t have bought it. OK for a surface with one barcode, but when you have to pick out a barcode amongst many it is hard to use and I lots of double scans which slow you down and is very annoying to use . The app badly needs to have an option to press a virtual scan button rather than autoscan.

The newest version, has autoscan and Tap to Scan. As well as a setting to control the delay in seconds between each scan.
Great app. Saved us a fortune!
We were about the fork out for scanning equipment and software in order to scan our shop's inventory to add barcodes to our product database. We searched online and found this app whilst our shopping cart had £100 worth of scanning equipment waiting to be bought.
It works like a dream, takes a bit of getting used to but once you get it, you'll be able to fill it with info rapidly. We were getting stuck with a small issue so emailed the makers and they replied around an hour later. Once we had checked a few things, we got the the bottom of the issue.
I'd definitely recommend trying it out and giving it a bit of time to get used to it and it can be great.
