Description
New Universal App for Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.
You must be a current ScreenCastsOnline member to use this app.
The SCO Members macOS app allows existing ScreenCastsOnline members access to a growing library of Apple-related video tutorials as well as the entire archive of ScreenCastsOnline monthly magazines.
With the SCO Members macOS app, you can stream videos whilst online, create favourites, search the library and access playlists. Members on the full membership plan can also download tutorials and magazines to their Mac for offline viewing.
With the built-in video player, you can access the optional English captions, select your playback speed and use the Picture In Picture feature to view tutorials whilst using other applications.
ScreenCastsOnline video tutorials are a great way to learn more about getting the most out of your Apple devices.

SCO is definately the best premium level subscription service for learning about all things Apple. With a ton of information on both Apple's native, as well as third-party, apps and services across all their OS's – from Mac and iOS/iPadOS to WatchOS, tvOS, and beyond.
Don McAllister and his tight-knit team of presenters (and editors, etc.), has grown a vast library of screencast videos on almost every topic you'll probably want or need to know.
The additional included monthly digital magazine is a nice bonus too, with additional written content adding to the useful info in the videos.
Being around since 2005, it's clearly built-up a following amongst us more decerning Apple users, often featuring presenters well-known in the Apple community. Hence being THE service to subscribe to every year without hesitatation.

Streaming unreliable on cellular
I’m unable to stream reliably at higher speeds (1.5 or 2x) on cellular/personal hotspot. The video feed keeps pausing and I need to close the video and open it again every ~5 seconds. If I stream at 1x speed I don’t get this problem.
Speed test shows my connection is more than capable of handling this.
