Was working before but had to re-download on new iPhone. Cannot open app. Great when it’s working

Can’t make a account
Every year my family use this for Afcon and World Cup and both cups I couldn’t make a account missing out with family, I tried via app, Apple ID , Facebook and safari.. useless

OK, but has issues
Was working fine, but I now can't log back into the app using Facebook so it's pretty much useless, otherwise would have given it a higher rating.
