New app

New app is Absolutely useless. Difficult to use. so many navigations before you find required informations. Some are missing altogether for example image of cheque deposit or with drawl not available any more. More over you can not see rewards or cash back etc or use on your credit cards. You can not make schedule payment for later dates to credit card bills. so many things missing wish I could rate negative I would have rated negative 5.

No access to account

Doesn’t work when traveling; the app won’t let you log in, and the website version requires 2 factor authentication via phone, however I don’t have a Canadian phone plan at the moment as I’m in the UK, now without access to funds.
