Usually go as high as 4 stars even on excellent reviews but this truly deserves the 5⭐️. Once you’ve gotten round the basics of the app it’s informative and very helpful. Only thing I’d say is you have to go to your online account to transfer from your bank acc to deposit into your Scotwest account, probably for a more secure purpose but that’s no great hassle. Outstanding service and excellent rates. 👏👏👏🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

This app promises 24 hour services just like your bank but what it really is is a cheap out shoddy knock off of what banks have. They have landed me with an unexpected 2 day delay between me removing my funds and then receiving them in my bank. What year is this? 1998? Since when did it take 2 hours never mind 2 days! The fact this isn’t even made clear until you’re withdrawing is absolutely disgraceful. Add to the fact all the nonsensical numerical passwords for the overly paranoid technically illiterate board members and you’ve got this screamer of an app. Don’t bother with it. Infact don’t bother with scotwest full stop. Ps guys - although you advise members to avoid storing passwords in browser, these days it’s much more secure to do that as it gets hashed internally but you don’t know anything about IT so you wouldn’t know anything about that either would you - so stop giving people counter productive advice!!!
